The scope of work included the demolition and reconstruction of two flights of stairs, modification of the first floor layout to create a bedroom w/ a closet and additional space for a bar in the kitchen, and a complete overhaul of the basement electrical wiring for safety and code compliance. Design elements included craftsman stairs, new shaker doors, refinished flooring and bold paint colors. Finally, stringent lead containment measures ensure that this remodel not only enhances aesthetics but also prioritizes a healthy living environment.
