The scope of work included transforming the existing basement layout into a receiving room, a conference room with a built-in bar/kitchenette and an office space by installing custom wood panels, custom furniture, built-in bench, ergonomic standing office tables, new flooring, interior paint, and new interior and exterior doors. The exterior included refinishing the existing fence, installing a flagstone walk-way, building a custom contemporary gate, exterior paint and exterior concrete stain.
