Step into the heart of D.C. and check out the process of reimaginging small spaces with this primary bath and kitchen remodel. Through close collaboration with homeowners and Strom Interiors, the MPS team took on the challenge to reimagine the existing footprint of the primary bath and gally kitchen with a focus on elevating human wellbeing. Handmade mosaic tiles, custom cabinetry, Fittes vents, terrazzo bath flooring, and a walnut vanity are just some of the thoughtful features incorporated into the design. The result? A space that goes beyond aesthetics, fostering lasting relationships, creative partnerships, and ultimately, the creation of a home that resonates with the spirit of its inhabitants.

"We hired Montgomery Property Solutions to renovate our kitchen and bathroom. We’d already hired a designer. MPS did a phenomenal job. From the beginning, Andrea communicated with us promptly and organized everything flawlessly—everything related to the big project and everything related to minor projects that we asked her to tackle along the way: lead testing, repointing and mortar repair, an exterior light fixture install. Julio is able to foresee issues with any project from the beginning and throughout the project. He also does excellent work. I’ve never seen tile installed so beautifully, and it’s crazy that it’s in our own home. Andrea and Julio are also lovely people to know and to talk to. We keep hiring them for other things, large and small. I hope they’ll be in our lives for many years, as contractors but also as friends.
